Read Isaiah 1:18
Yesterday we were all caught up in the sad reality of the death of Joachim and his fellow seminarians but did we really take a second look and reflected on his insightful words?
Here it is once again: “What is d chief end of humanity….? 2 Glorify God n 2 enjoy Him 4reva.” “Worrying never robs tomrw of its sorrow, it robs today of its Joy. Worry Less and be present in d moment u are in.”
Reflecting on these words they capture the whole essence of Is. 1:18 “… though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they will become like wool.” Invariably, God is telling us right now that he is more than able to change our situations.
Why would you continually allow that awful sin, situation or frustration, worrying to rub you of your joy by keeping you away from God? Don’t you smell the air of jealousy from the devil, wanting you to be joyless like him? It (devil) did it to Adam and Even in Gen. 3, would you want a repeat with you?
Rise up now and accept his joyful and hopeful invitation and praise him singing “Amazing grace.” Pray too against every spirit of delay in returning to God. Use Deut. 13, Ps. 51, 131 & 121.
SHEPHERD ME O LORD BEYOND MY STRENGTH.
