The story of Gerasene Demoniac in Luke 8:26-39 (one of my favourite Bible stories) may have nothing to do with today’s story of Easter.
But in reality, it should. The Demoniac encountered Jesus once and ended up going about telling people about what the Lord had done for him. He didn’t need to know much. But one experience was enough.
The story of Easter is huge… culminating from Good Friday, and if you like, from way before. So what does Easter mean to you? You who have experienced Jesus for a long time. How many people can you reach out to today to proclaim the Good News of our Salvation and Redemption?
And today’s reflection is about YOU being part of today’s bible story.
Like Mary, who goes along to spread the Good News.
