Day 14
Thank God for life
Introduction:
Everything that has breath praise the Lord! Only the living can praise God. 
We must thank God for the grace to see another day. We are not more privileged or holier than those that have died. It pleases God to keep us alive.
We must thank God for sparing our life and giving us another opportunity to glorify his name and do his bidding.
At this point we must take a stock of our life and thank God for all we have and yet to have. Jesus Christ came to give us life and even more abundantly. Life is a gift, it must be appreciated. Our life is even more precious because it has been ransomed by Jesus’ death on the cross. Thus, we must thank God for the grace of eternal life.

Reflection:
Thank God for Life! It is one gift too many! The true value of life is appreciated in death.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I thank you for the gift of life and that Jesus has come to reassure me of eternal life, help me to live life more abundantly as you have willed in the name of Jesus, amen!
