Ask God to cover you with his love
Introduction:
This reflection could best be explained from the scriptures Job 1: 9-11. The devil acknowledges that God covered Job with his love, and this is awesome news. Read this biblical reference and recount the benefits of God covering you with his love. Also read and learn how Job received this beautiful blessing. 
Also remember in the temptation of Jesus, the devil reminded Jesus that God’s protection was sure and his feet would be saved from brushing against the stone if Jesus jumps of the cliff. These analogies are very important. Even the devil knows that we can be covered in God’s love, but do we know this?
Let this be a life-changer! I invite you into the protective covering of God’s love. Such that the words of the Psalmist would be said about you – “No evil would come near your home!”
This is possible; so ask yourself, what did Job do differently? Ensure you have your faith on solid rock so that the storms of life would not blow you away in your early trials.
The lesson today is that God is ready to cover you with his love; but are you ready to show that you love God? You can ask God to help you live that life what would attract this blessings.

Reflection:
God’s banner over us is love. This banner and covering of the Lord is a solid and impregnable defence to those under his wings. Under his covering we are secure from all attacks physical and/or spiritual. This is so, because God wants us to abide in his love.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, cover me with your love and teach me to love in return, as you have commanded, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen!
