Day 2
Give thanks to the Lord for the wonder of your being…
Introduction:
For God fashioned us for his pleasure, in his image and likeness, he created us. Unlike other creatures, he breathed into our nostrils to give us life, to provide us with a soul. We rank above other God’s creations and have experienced his love beyond all telling; to the extent that Jesus Christ had to die to redeem us. 
Yes, we are wonderfully made. I am the apple of God’s eye. I am precious to God. When I was in my mother’s womb, God recognised my existence. Yes I am a wonder. First, because everything God created is good; and second, because in me, I see God’s manifestation in human form. I am totally distinct from any other person in the world.
We are fearfully and wonderfully made…Now I must give thanks because I appreciate my existence and the work of God in me.

Reflection:
God made me for a purpose, and what can this be?
Prayer:
Almighty Father, I thank you for creating me and bringing me into the fold of your wonderful Children; I thank you for you jealously guide me to be with you always; and I thank you for your desire that I am perfect just like you. May your will be done to me as you have said, in Jesus name, Amen!
